It's been a great joy of ours over the last decade strengthening our relationship with this phenomenal business. The Laird is a true Melbourne institution, celebrating over 40 years, and Brett and Marc pour so much heart, soul and personality into that business as well as just true grit. They are a huge inspiration to us as we move into our 30th year.
The Laird, Melbourne, is one of Australia’s longest running gay-owned and operated venues. Since its humble beginnings in 1980, The Laird is now well recognised throughout the gay community, both local and internationally. Formerly known as "Melbourne's only bear and leather bar", The Laird has progressed over the years to become a haven, meeting place and party space for same-sex attracted Cis and Trans males.
Congrats to Brett, Marc, Dean, Myka, Benny, Brendan, Dylan, Damien, Dan, GJ, Dexter and the rest of the crew on this outstanding achievement!
